Designed and built a Node.js-based AI marketing platform from the ground up, integrating conversational AI capabilities that allow users to interact naturally with the system and receive tailored marketing strategies. The platform also generates structured business roadmaps, helping clients visualize and execute their growth plans more effectively. This work directly contributed to a 28% increase in user retention by delivering a more engaging and personalized experience.

Architected and implemented a robust user authentication system leveraging AWS Cognito, establishing secure identity management with features such as token-based session handling, multi-factor support, and streamlined user flows. The new architecture significantly improved reliability, resulting in a 15% reduction in authentication errors and a smoother onboarding experience for end users.

Developed a suite of reusable, well-documented API wrapper modules to standardize and simplify integration with the OpenAI API across the platform.
